Leek Mustard
A delicious addition to any BBQ or lunch in Wales
this summer, Calon Lân’s Leek Mustard is a great side
spoonful for those looking for a condiment with a
difference. Each jar of Calon Lân sauce, chutney or jam
is carefully made in small batches by hand in Pwllheli
on the Llŷn Peninsula – and the company’s Leek
Mustard will bring that special Welsh flavour that you
won’t find anywhere else...

Celtic Preserves
Chilli Jam

spicy that works so well on BBQed and firepit-cooked
foods, Celtic Preserves’ Chilli Jam always deserves
a place at the table. Made with red pepper and chilli
flakes, it works beautifully as a glaze for pork ribs or
chicken, as well as a side-of-the-dish dipper. Look
out too for the company’s Garlic Mustard that will
also enrich any summer party or outdoor celebration.
Perfect with meat, it goes just as well with outdoor-
roasted veggies, such as red pepper, cauliflower and
carrot, and – like the Chilli Jam – is also available
