Traditional Mead Spritz

Mead is not just for Christmas – try this

Ingredients

• Ice

• 50ml Hive Mind Traditional Mead

• 50ml Tonic Water

• A slice of lemon or lime

• Rosemary for that extra fl ourish

Method

1. Prepare the glass: Fill a large wine glass or

spritz glass with ice cubes.

2. Pour the mead: Add the mead to the glass.

3. Add the tonic water.

4. Squeeze in the lemon or lime.

5. Garnish: Garnish with sprig of rosemary.

6. Serve: Stir gently and enjoy!
