Lemoncello Gin Fizz Recipe

How to enjoy a glass of Golden Road Gin, other than simply on the rocks or with a clean tonic water: (courtesy of Golden Road Gin www.goldenroadgin.co.uk)

Ingredients

• Golden Road Gin - 45ml

• Lemoncello - 15ml

• Fresh Lime Juice - Half Lime

• Simple Sugar Syrup - splash

• Sparkling Water

• Mint to Garnish

Method

1. Place the ingredients (except the garnish)

into a jug or something similar, you just

want to make sure you have enough room

to give everything a good stir.

2. Add ice and stir until cool.

3. Sieve into your favourite glass, add your

chosen amount of ice and top up with

sparkling water.

4. Garnish with fresh mint
